The Tegernsee campus sits 75 minutes south of Munich on the Bavarian lake of the same name, with Ingenhoven Architects' 2014 Bauhaus-derived building set into a south-facing slope above the village of Marienstein. The site is intentionally remote from the lake's tourist front — there is no village walk to a café, no shop within ten minutes on foot, and no incoming day traffic. Munich Airport is the gateway; the in-house car service runs roughly EUR 220 each way and the local rail option (BOB to Tegernsee, then taxi) is workable on lighter luggage. Annual maintenance closure typically falls in early December.

The clinical model is the Lanserhof Cure — a modified F.X. Mayr therapy combining alkaline diet, monitored chewing, manual abdominal treatment, and a structured supplement protocol — layered over a full diagnostic medicine programme. Day one is a 90-minute physician intake plus the standard diagnostic battery (bioimpedance, heart-rate variability, resting metabolic rate, blood panel, abdominal ultrasound, ECG); the resulting prescription drives the next six to thirteen days. Programmes are sold in 7- and 14-night blocks, and the seven-night Cure Classic is the genuine entry point — anything shorter is treated as a sampler rather than a clinical intervention by the on-site physicians.

Daily rhythm is fixed: liver compress and bitters at 06:30, the Mayr breakfast (a stale spelt roll chewed under timed protocol with sheep's-milk yoghurt) at 07:30, doctor or treatment block at 09:00, movement at 11:00, light lunch at 12:30, technology block (cryotherapy, IHHT altitude training, colon hydrotherapy) at 14:00, sauna circuit and saltwater pool from 16:00, soup-only dinner at 18:30, lights-out by 22:00. The food regime is the entire intervention; do not arrive expecting flexibility. Non-participating partners can book a separate room with à la carte access at a parallel daily F&B charge.

Booking strategy: rates run roughly 25 percent lower in the late-January through mid-March window and again in early November, when the campus is full of returning programme guests but the cash-rate inventory loosens. The 14-night Cure Plus is the standard recommendation — measurable weight, blood pressure, and sleep-score deltas land between days seven and ten, and the back half of a two-week stay is where the integration work happens.
